The units at the Glen were constructed to a strict commercial standard which uses custom designed hardware that is not typically seen on smaller scale residential units.  Much of this custom hardware had to be fabricated at the local Simpson Strong Tie plant, then carefully placed in to your unit at the Glen.  You can rest assured that we have gone above and beyond to ensure the Glen will withstand even the most powerful forces Mother Nature can deliver.  Also, the rain screen of the Glen has been installed using a more comprehensive and detailed method.  We have also built an independent electrical room on the site to strict BC Hydro standards.  This room ensures that the Glen maintains an aesthetically pleasing environment with no overhead wires or wall mounted electrical meters yet provides the complex all it's power needs.  Lastly, we have gone through great lengths to design and set up the property's landscaping with mature trees and beautiful greenery to add to the over all look and warmth of the property.These units were built with the utmost quality, and open space designed for maximum livability.  We are confident that the end users of our product will enjoy an energy efficient and maintenance free home for decades to come.
